This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is ideal, as it is near the airport and a shopping mall. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are provided. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a large selection of nearby hawker foods.

Breakfast was NICE - a great selection food. Even the Kuching airport was not so far.

The hotel's location is very convenient with easy access to the airport and nearby shopping center. the food court is also just a short walk away and offers a wide selection of delicious hawker foods. the rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms, and the staff is helpful with excellent service. the view of the nearby mountain is also quite pleasant from some rooms.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the spacious and clean room that the hotel offered. the location was perfect for me as it was close to a food court, which had a wide variety of hawker foods, and a shopping mall, where I could do my shopping.

Despite the positive aspects mentioned above, there were some downsides that I experienced at the hotel. the toilet bowl was not clean, which was somewhat unpleasant.

The hotel facilities were great, including the cleanliness of the entire space. we were kinda surprised with the secure parking and prompt transportation services available. Lastly, the breakfast was sumptuous and the staff was amazing and accommodating!
